I offer two-hour bike fits that evaluate your body, biomechanics, and how you interact with the bike, assessing everything from posture and joint mobility to cleat positioning and saddle size. A proper fit means more comfort, better power, and fewer aches so you can focus on the ride, not the pain.

Self-Paced Strength Programming for Cyclists
An instant-access program for cyclists who want to get started with strength training and get real results without sacrificing ride time. If you’re a cyclist who hates strength training, this is for you.
Each session runs about 40 minutes, two to three times a week, with every exercise chosen to make you stronger and more resilient on the bike, not just in the gym.
