Diaphragmatic Breathing on the Floor
Diaphragmatic breathing is one of the most underrated exercises for spinal stability and pain reduction. When we breathe shallowly into our chest, the deep stabilizing muscles of the core don't activate properly — leading to back pain and poor movement patterns. Learning to breathe with your diaphragm restores proper core function, reduces tension in the neck and shoulders, and improves performance on the bike.
